You can view your current balance under the Balances page. Orders can be paid using the available balance on FMI. To add more, click on the top up button next to the desired currency, input the amount that you would like to add and create a top up ticket. 

You can also select to top up for other currencies if desired.

There are 2 ways to top-up the balance in your account. You may choose between bank transfer or credit card. Once the top up ticket has been created, a payment ticket will be generated for your reference.

From the payment ticket, you can find the bank account details and reference number to use when making your transfer. It is important to indicate the “Reference number” when making your payment.

Once the payment has been verified, the payment ticket status will update automatically to “Paid”. To check all payment tickets and their status, go to Payment Tickets under Balances.
