Additional Information:

Step 10. Set your preferred incoterm.

  1. FOB  (Free On Board):
You are responsible for delivering the goods to the departure port.
If you choose FOB, Freight by FMI will be enabled automatically for eligible merchants.
  1. Freight by FMI:
Allows FMI to provide freight options and arrange freight booking on behalf of Merchants ordering from FOB Vendors.
This also allows FOB Vendors to publish A.L.s to Merchants who prefer C&F, as long as the routes are supported by Freight by FMI service.
Learn more about Freight by FMI service
  1. C&F (Cost and Freight):
You are responsible for delivering the shipment up to the arrival port, including arranging freight for the shipment.

Step 12. Set the Price Type

  1. For C&F or CIF incoterm, specify if all the freight cost and fees are included in the product unit price:
    - "Freight & fees included" – Freight and all other fees are included in the unit price.
    - "Freight & fees not included" – Freight and other fees not included in the unit price, these will be added separately as fees in the order.

Step 19. Set the minimum order requirement by total cost, by number of boxes, or both.

  1. You can also set a Per-Product MOQ or a Per-Grower MOQ, which is useful for exporters managing multiple farms.
Use the Small Order Fee feature, if you wish to allow Merchants to check out even if their cart is below MOQ, provided they pay a set fee.

Step 21. Select your preferred price pattern to apply to this Availability List.

Step 23. (Optional) Enable MYOB to allow Merchant to freely combine products into mixed boxes

  1. Requires box type information for all items.
  2. Allow adding carts by either units or boxes:  Enables Merchants to order by stems or bunches instead of full boxes.
  3. MYOB box items can be restricted to allow mixing the same family/variety only.

Step 26. (Optional) Allow Merchants to place standing orders from this availability list

  1. A Standing Order (S.O.) allows Merchants to schedule recurring orders for a defined period.
  2. How it works:
    1. The Merchant submits an S.O. on FMI, including the delivery period, frequency, products, and quantities.
    2. The Vendor reviews and adjusts the proposal if needed.
    3. Once both parties confirmed, the S.O. becomes active.
    4. FMI automatically generates individual orders based on the agreed S.O.

Step 35. Enter the product information. All fields marked with * must be completed.

You can upload photos to each product individually and return to the list using your browser’s back button.
  2. Review & Standardize Attributes: Opens a pop-up panel to standardize grades and sales units across A.L. panels.
