We have an important update regarding your FMI account:
Starting 1 January 2026, a US$50 Monthly Fee will apply to maintain active status on our platform.
How it works:
- The Monthly Fee will be automatically deducted from your Wallet at the start of each month. If your Wallet balance is insufficient, your FMI account will revert to the free plan until topped up.
- The free plan allows viewing Vendor Availability Lists, but you will not be able to view prices or place orders.
- Alternatively, you can opt to pay via recurring credit card payment. Please note that credit card handling fees will apply.
Good news:
- The minimum usage fee for orders below US$500 is removed, giving you more flexibility in how you order.
- Active merchants placing >US$3,000 in orders will have their next month’s fee waived — a token of appreciation for your continued support!
- Special 3-Month Grace Period (1 Jan – 31 Mar 2026) for all merchants: no monthly fee will be charged during this period.
