Change in FMI Fee Structure from 1 Sep 2022
Starting 1st September 2022, the following changes to the standard FMI fee structure will apply:
- A minimum usage fee of USD15 per Availability List (AL) will be applied to all orders
In order to keep the MOQ for each Vendor as low as possible, a minimum usage fee per AL of USD15 or 3% of the invoice value, whichever is higher, will be applied across all orders.
- A freight arrangement charge of USD50 will be applied to Freight by FMI (FBF) orders
FMI is happy to arrange a consolidated shipment at competitive freight rates, taking care of coordination with the Vendors and freight forwarders, and making sure that documentation is correct so that Merchants do not have to worry about the logistics across unfavourable time differences. We will also constantly search for the best freight connections, and look for alternatives in case of flight cancellations. If you prefer to arrange your own freight without using the FBF service, you are free to continue doing so.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your dedicated Sales Representative.
